Monifa Maat, is the Director of Southbridge Fitness Center, a Certified Fitness Trainer, Speaker, Fitness consultant and Author of the innovative home fitness book, Bed Aerobics Fitness Flow: 18 Mind-Body Bed Exercises for Strength, Flexibility & Balance.
In 2009 Maat established Be It Enterprises LLC, which published Bed Aerobics Fitness Flow, a home fitness exercise system designed to strengthen the joints and muscles, while improving posture and balance that was later sponsored by Emblem Health and Food town Supermarkets.
